About these works
Patagonian Territories:
This series emerged from a journey to Patagonia, where the immensity of the landscape profoundly altered my perception of territory, of the Earth’s beauty in its broadest sense, and of the fragility of natural spaces that are nonetheless majestic and powerful. Standing before the mountains, glaciers, and vast desert expanses, my usual points of reference dissolved. In truth, I had already lost them—absorbed in a life that had become increasingly fast-paced and relentlessly productive.
I do not seek to depict a specific place, but rather a connection that extends far beyond the visible. These works translate the physical experience of being there—standing still, grounded in the presence of an overwhelming and humbling beauty.
